Tropical Silicone

Tropical Silicone is a solvent-free, high-solids, pure silicone roof coating for use over existing roof substrates as a water-proofing and heat reflective membrane. Tropical Silicone can be used on low-sloped roofs that tend to pond water, effectively resisting the mildew and algae that grow in those ponds.

Tropical Silicone is available in 5 gallon pails.
