Tip #1 – Heat Reflective Coatings

You can make a big difference in the cooling efficiency of your home by two different methods: (1) Install a heat reflective coating on your roof-this will reduce your interior temperature up to 15 to 20 degrees during the hot part of the day if your house is uninsulated.
(2) Re-paint your house with a heat-reflective paint such as Cool Wall. This will reflect up to 30% of the heat off the exterior wall surface, even in darker colors.
